Raintree Lake HOA Meeting Minutes - October 2023

The scheduled meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Board was organized on October 17th ,2023 at the clubhouse . The session began more info promptly at 18:30 hours with President, Mr. Robert Taylor , presiding over the assembled board members.

The board engaged in several issues including the upcoming community celebration, repairs needed to the swimming pool facilities and concerns raised by residents regarding pet policies.

Suggested Amendments to Raintree Lake HOA Bylaws

The Raintree Lake Homeowners Association is be presenting numerous proposed amendments to the current bylaws at the upcoming monthly meeting on September 8th. These proposed changes aim to address diverse matters raised by residents, including modification of parking regulations, and optimization of community guidelines. Residents are strongly urged to review the proposed amendments prior to the meeting, as participation is highly valued in shaping the future of our community.

This announces you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are excited/implementing several programs designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.

Effective immediately the coming weeks, we will be making some adjustments to our landscape maintenance routine. This includes increased irrigation of grass areas and additional landscaping projects.
